LesDiy is a manufacturer of model kits based in China who work together with hundreds of trusted model designers such as LukasRS and Nico71 to bring their models to the people for reasonable pricing using alternative parts.

For each sale, an agreed upon commission gets paid to the model designer, me in this case, while LesDiy/Letbricks handles the consolidating of parts, sorting and packing of kits, as well as all shipping logistics.

Real LEGO pieces are quite expensive and time intensive to source, with average purchasing pricing around 10-11ct/piece.

This added together with the work that goes into manually checking, sorting and packing all pieces adds up to a cost that tends to be quite high.
